I can't hear the audio of the listening exercises on my phone

Check that your phone is not in Silent mode and that the browser volume is turned on. On iOS (iPhone/iPad), use the physical volume button while the audio is playing. On Android, make sure the media volume is at maximum.

How do I log out of my TCFCAD account?

To log out of TCFCAD, click the “Log out” button in your dashboard or in the navigation menu while you are logged in. You can also contact support on WhatsApp at +212 724-412638 for any help.
