What is the difference between TCF Canada and TCF Québec?

How does the preparation work?
You progress series after series across the 4 official tests (Listening, Reading, Written, Oral), with detailed corrections on every exercise. A 30- or 90-day training plan guides you based on your exam date and your NCLC target (7, 8 or 9).

How do I create my account and log in?

Your account is accessible on all your devices (PC, tablet, mobile) simultaneously. Just log in with your email and password on each device.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link in your inbox in under 5 minutes.

Check that your phone is not on "Silent" mode and that the browser volume is on. On iOS, use the physical volume button during playback.

Is TCFCAD an official site?
No, TCFCAD is an independent preparation platform, not affiliated with France Éducation International (FEI), the body that officially administers the TCF Canada. To take the exam, you must register with an FEI-accredited center.

How do I choose the right plan?
All 3 plans give access to the same content; only the access duration and number of simulator attempts change. Bronze suits a quick test (7 days), Silver and Gold a full preparation with Pass Guarantee included. Details on the

How do I register for the official exam?
Registration is done directly with an FEI-accredited center (Alliance Française, partner universities, etc.), usually 4 to 6 weeks in advance. See our

What if I don't get the score I want?
The Silver and Gold plans include a Pass Guarantee: see the conditions on the Pricing page. You can also keep practicing on the remaining series and target your weak points using the progress dashboard.

What payment methods are available?
Payment is made online, in a single transaction with no recurring subscription, directly from the Pricing page. Once the payment is confirmed, access to your plan is activated immediately on your account.
