- The format holds no surprises — you know the instructions by heart.
- Your full mock results match your NCLC target across all four skills.
None of these mentions your French in general. They all describe performance under exam conditions, which is the only thing the TCF Canada measures.

The decisive test: the full mock exam
The only reliable indicator is a complete mock in real conditions: a series you have never seen, a running clock, and a single play on every audio. Repeating a known set measures memory, not readiness.

Ready to book? Mind the lead time
Sessions fill quickly in high-demand countries — one to two months of lead time is common. Add roughly 15 business days for results, then a further wait for the official attestation.
And keep a margin for a possible retake: there is no reduced fee, and a minimum 20-day interval applies between two sittings.
